Parent Feedback in 2015/2016 


Dear St. Luke's Families,


Standards are consistently good; pupils are making very good progress in English and Maths. Pupil learning and progress overtime at St. Luke's is outstanding.


86% of pupils explained that they are now encouraged to assess their own work and learning in class, compared to 72% in May 2012.


87% of pupils claimed that they felt safe in school, compared to 77% in May 2012.

85% of pupils said lessons were fun and exciting compared to only 74% before.

82% of pupils said they could talk to adults if they felt sad or had a problem, compared to 73% in May 2012.

78% of pupils felt as if the school was well managed, compared to only 57% in May 2012.

75% of pupils asserted that the school environment is clean and welcoming, compared to ony 54% previously.

Pupils report that they like all of the different activities, playground, fun clubs on offer now, including the fact that they "get their say" and "I like maths because I like adding".


Overall Improvements

Many great improvements have taken place all around our learning areas and since that we have had great success. We have benefited massively from these wonderful changes and are truly grateful, also we hope many more are coming our way.
