The 'Incredible Years' programme
The ‘Incredible Years’ is a programme offered by the Mental Health Support Team to support parents in managing their children’s challenging behaviour. The programme aims to offer techniques that can help with behaviours such as: aggression, screaming/shouting, tantrums, refusal to follow instructions, lying and being destructive. The Incredible Years is recommended for parents of children aged between 2-8yrs old.
