Science Week 2020
Science week is always full of fun, excitement and exploration.
This week we welcomed Silly Science Assembly, who put the ‘bang’ into Science. We watched a range of chemical reactions and were wowed by the effects. We looked at air resistance, and how air molecules interact with each other, we also explored how these were different to a liquid and gas.
Within the classroom, we are invited to ask a range of questions and want to find out why things happen. All year groups are given the chance to experiment a wide range of topics and are encouraged to take ownership of their investigations. We explored kitchen science and looked at a range of reactions of our own; during this week, we also become engineers and inventors, looking at how we could change the future.
