During the first two weeks of February, all children from Reception to Year 6 had an Internet Safety Day. Each class enjoyed a workshop from OpenView Education.

Reception and Key Stage One - E-Safety Superstars

In this workshop children learnt about how to keep personal information safe when online as well as sending kind messages to each other. They also learnt what to do if they should ever see anything online that makes them feel worried or scared.

Key Stage Two - The Internet and You

For children in Key Stage Two a variety of areas were covered including: 

• Social Media
• Online Games
• Online Reputation
• Cyber bullying
• Personal Information
• Communicating Online

During the session children were able to think critically about their use of the internet and how safe they are being.
