  • School Drive

School Drive has been set up for the public benefit, to enable the advancement of education by donating brand new school supplies and educational equipment to school children aged 4-18 years whose families could not otherwise afford to provide.

We want all children to feel equal to their peers and equipped for their education, regardless of background, race, or religion, by providing them with everything they need to excel at school.

How we do it

We will liaise directly with your school (via the Head Teacher or Head of Pastoral Care), offering a free, confidential, one to one service. Our objective is to keep the process as simple as possible for your school.

Once you have identified the needs of your children you can communicate to us via email at info@schooldrive.org.uk or through the Contact Us page of the website.

Upon receipt of any communication with School Drive we will forward you a simple application form where your specific items can be formally requested.  We meet on a weekly basis to review all applications and consider eligibility.  Successful applications will be notified and items will be delivered directly to the school by ourselves within 7 days, stock dependent.

School Drive was co-founded in 2021 by Vanessa Moore and Rachael Cox. Vanessa has a First Class Bachelor of Science and worked for the NHS. Rachael has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters and has worked with children, in a variety of educational settings.

We have both been fortunate enough to be able to provide our children with everything they have needed in order to obtain the best from their education. However, within the borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, in which School Drive operates, not all families are as lucky and many face financial hardship. Lacking the means to provide their children with all the equipment necessary to make the most of their education.
