We are keen to provide the best support that we can for all of our children at St. Luke's, to support this we have recently worked hard to achieve two National SEND Awards. As part of our role, we work closely with families to help with additional assessments, referrals and to link with external professionals, as required. At times, this may also mean working together to enable a young person to access an alternative learning provision - our aim is to ensure that we get the best for the young people in our care and we recognise that this may not always be at St. Luke's and/or in a mainstream class.
