St. Luke's Pupil Premium priorities
At St. Luke's, our priority is for all pupils, from all backgrounds have equal opportunities and supported to achieve their full potential.
Our Pupil Premium children are closely monitored and their needs met in a variety of ways. Our Pupil Premium funding is mainly used for targeted interventions and support in order to:
- Improve progress and achievement in reading, writing and mathematics
- Close the attainment gap between Pupil Premium and Non-Pupil Premium children.
- Fully access the curriculum
- Access extra-curricular provision
We monitor the impact through our end of year results, pupil interviews, case studies, pupil dialogues, roles in school and moderation of provision against national outcomes. We review Pupil Premium achievement and progress regularly and feedback outcomes to our Academic Trust and Local Governing Body in July and September.
